Dags att berätta lite om styrkelyftstävlingen som ägde rum i Söndags!
Detta var en klubbtävling endast för Fysikens medlemmar och den första i rena styrkelyft. Reglerna var det samma som i vilken tävling som helst trotts att denna var "friendly".
På schemat - marklyft, knäböj & bänk (med stop.)
Vi var 12 killar och 8 tjejer som ställde upp i tävlingen sammanlagt.
Det vart en rikigt bra dag uppstyrt utav våra coacher Michael Stoneburgh & killarna i Q&A Performance. Fantastiskt peppande utav varandra, många nya pb's och bra publik satte en rikigt hög nivån på dagen.
Utav oss 4 är det bara Ida som vart med i någon utav det tidigare tävlingarna så lite nervositet fanns allt.
Hur presterar vi under press? Bättre eller sämre? Med facit i hand, helt klart bättre..
